How does the process work?  Once you contact Black Flag, we determine your project's needs and set up a plan for completion.  We provide you with an estimate of the project's cost and then you can decide to move forward or not.  If you like the quote, and are ready to begin, we collect a 10% down payment (or two hours of design time, whichever is greater) to secure our services.  Next, within a short period of time concepts based upon your feedback will be emailed to you and we make make any changes you'd like.  Once the project is complete, we upload your art to you and invoice you for the remaining services rendered.  We are in the business of making your business more money...call us today and see what we can do for you!
